Change Agent

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leading change to join the CRM Student Journey project team - a project tasked with embedding Microsoft Dynamics across the University of Salford to enhance the lives of our students by instilling excellence across all their touchpoints during their student journey with us. 

We're looking for a self-starter with a passion for dealing with people. The Change Agent will support the Business Change Lead by engaging stakeholders in impacted teams, helping them understand the change, why it's important and how they will interact with it. Key deliverables will include delivery of training and engagement sessions, preparation activity such as identifying impacted team members and understanding their training needs, and supporting managers to embed changes in their teams before, during and after go-live.

You'll be a strong communicator and team player, capable of juggling multiple priorities at once.
