An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Recruitment & Business Development team within Warwick Business School as maternity cover. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide specialist CRM and data insight expertise to support our ambitious student recruitment targets. The role is varied and includes project managing systems development in CRM and application management, ensuring processes follow best practice, and enabling optimal use of data for management information reporting that supports key operational and strategic decisions. The successful candidate will lead key relationships with third-party providers to ensure that systems best support a high-quality candidate experience.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a diverse set of audiences. The successful candidate will be collaborative, flexible and target-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy working with others to develop systems and processes that support the demanding priorities of the team.
