An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a restructured Maintenance Services team at the University of Surrey in Guildford. Working as part of an in-house services team of 50+ and you will be providing support to the Air Conditioning engineer completing planned and reactive maintenance services works, across our 3 campuses’ when required. The post will be required to support our current day pattern of 08.00 – 16.12 Monday to Friday.
- 20 days holiday rising 1 day per year of service to max of 5
- 8 days bank holiday / 3 Uni days at Easter / 3 Uni days at Xmas / plus 1 VC day

Reporting to the compliance Service Support Manager (SSM) the post will be responsible for completing planned and reactive Air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance services.
