The Role

Coventry University currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to help CUOL with the establishment of GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales and recruitment team allowing us to deliver to an even greater cohort of students from across the globe. This is pivotal role in helping GrowCo for the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy, initiatives, and marketing content to generate leads, and increase product and brand awareness.

Working closely with the broader GrowCo team, you will develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and increase lead conversion. You will Lead and be responsible for delivering a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all content for Coventry University Online and GrowCo.

You will also be working directly with the GrowCo Commercial Lead to develop a compelling marketing content strategy aligned with overall goals of the CUOL / GrowCo growth strategies and targets and in line with overall Group positioning.

Our Successful Candidate

This role will suite a creative marketeer with a high level of understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and the online education landscape. To be successful in this role you will have bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Business, Education, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience of driving growth through digital and content marketing including web, social, email. Experience of taking the lead on complex projects and delivering from concept through to final delivery.

Experience of developing marketing and campaign materials, including content generation, across a diverse range digital marketing channels. Knowledge of the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign along with Microsoft Office.

This role is based in Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
