The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the qualitative study within an NIHR RfPB funded grant: Improving care for women with High blood pressure in pregnancy to reduce risk of heart Disease developing in later life (HIDDEN).
The programme of work has embedded patient and public involvement, and you will have the opportunity to work with our patient and public co-applicants and patient and public involvement and engagement group.
The qualitative study within the HIDDEN study, will be conducted with the aim of informing of a co-designed patient resource for self-management to reduce cardiovascular risk following hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and healthcare professionals providing care for pregnant and postnatal women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy will be asked to participate in semi-structured interviews.
You will have a PhD in a health-related discipline or, equivalent experience in research studies. You will have knowledge and/or experience of qualitative research methods. You will travel to conduct face-to-face semi-structured interviews when necessary. You will work flexibly to conduct the online interviews when needed.
