We are seeking an experienced Research/Project Manager to provide effective project management support to Professor Sonia Bhalotra’s research agenda.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large ERC funded project which focuses on Violence Against Women (VAM), including workplace sexual harassment and domestic violence.
The purpose of this role is to provide effective project management and dedicated administrative support to a major European Research Council (ERC) grant* held by Professor Sonia Bhalotra and support her broader research agenda. *The ERC-AG award is on ‘Generating New Evidence to Address Violence Against Women: Realising Women’s Rights’ at a value of €2.5m/£2.1m. It includes research on workplace sexual harassment and domestic violence with field work and experiments to be undertaken in different settings. The research is international, including studies set in India, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, the UK and Europe, and embedded in the local institutions, culture and the political economy of the setting.
The role is on a fixed-term basis up to 30 September 2026, however, there is a possibility that the role may be extended subject to funding.
