Do you have an enthusiasm for sports development and elite sport? Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and networks? Do you have experience of working independently and as part of a wider team?
The University of Leeds has a new strategy for sport and physical activity which articulates the aims of our community being healthy and well, personally developing and reaching their potential, and experiencing a sense of belonging. In order to support our strategic aims, the University of Leeds is seeking to appoint a full time Senior Physiotherapist with a dual role servicing student-athletes (TASS athletes, sport scholars and University of Leeds sports club members), and working with the Occupational Health Service. The post will be split servicing staff through the Occupational Health Service and servicing elite athletes and student sports clubs.
This post offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist who can demonstrate the highest standards of personal, professional and managerial attributes. The post requires the ability to work independently and as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team within Sport and Physical Activity, and with key partners including the University’s Occupational Health Service and TASS.
This is a full time role working 35 hours each week. There are requirements to work some evenings and occasionally weekends.
