Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering world-class learning experiences? Saïd Business School is seeking a proactive and resourceful Programme Coordinator to join our Executive Education team. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, preparation, logistics, and delivery of a portfolio of high-impact programmes, ensuring excellence throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of planning, preparation, logistics, and delivery of executive programmes to the highest standard.
Manage multiple programmes simultaneously by developing and maintaining process timelines and project plans.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues, faculty, speakers, clients, and external service providers.
Organise accommodation, transport, catering, and enrichment activities such as theatres and college dinners, liaising with internal and external suppliers.
Coordinate with speakers and contributors to ensure timely delivery of programme content and materials.
Essential Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event or project management, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. You will possess exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage complex schedules and logistics effectively. Strong customer-facing experience, ideally with executive clients, is essential, along with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups.
