Timetabling Unit, Data Operations 

The Timetabling team plays a crucial role in the University’s operations and significantly impacts the student experience.  The team collaborates with all Schools and Departments. 

This is role is onsite based in Ealing, London. 

The Role  

Operational responsibility for all aspects of timetable production for students and staff within assigned schools and departments. 

The Person 

We are looking for individuals who are flexible, proactive and approachable, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent IT skills are also essential. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in timetabling, preferably within a higher education context, and an understanding of how timetabling impacts the student experience.
