We are seeking to employ an innovative and inspiring Singing & Voice Lecturer with higher education experience and extensive knowledge of musical theatre to deliver voice and singing modules for our BA (Hons) Musical Theatre programme. Key responsibilities include teaching vocal anatomy, ensemble singing, and applied singing & voice modules, while also acting as Musical Director for in-house and external performances, including full-scale productions.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse and inclusive approach to teaching and learning, contributing to course design and delivery while fostering flexibility, confidence, knowledge, and skill development in students. You will also serve as a pastoral tutor and supervise Level 6 dissertations, supporting students' academic and personal growth. Experience in Estill Voice Training, Vocal Balance, or Fitzmaurice Voicework is desirable, along with proficiency in piano/keyboard skills.
