The Strategy, International Business and Entrepreneurship group (SIBE) is seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA), working in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The post holder will work under the supervision of Prof. Jordi Surroca and will join in his ongoing research which examines the micro, meso and macro drivers and consequences of firms’ engagement in corporate social (ir)responsibility.
The fellowship will allow the post holder to publish their ongoing research while collaborating with Professor Surroca on new research projects.
The position is available from August 1st, 2025, and is a 12-month fixed term position.
The SIBE group offers an active and engaging research environment, and the successful candidate is expected to be present on-site in our Liverpool campus to fully contribute to the environment.

If you are still awaiting your PhD to be awarded you will be appointed at Grade 6, spine point 30. Upon written confirmation that you have been awarded your PhD, your salary will be increased to Grade 7, spine point 31.
