Quality & Information Systems Manager

The Estates & Facilities team ensure that the University has a built and physical environment that supports the activities of a world-class University, across a portfolio of academic, state of the art research, clinical, enterprise, workspace, residential, social amenity, sport and community facilities. We have an Estates Masterplan that will see £1bn of investment through a capital programme in enhancing and delivering a sustainable, inclusive estate over the next decade.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of PMO and Business Support Services, the role will ensure that an ISO 9001 accredited system, process and procedures are integrated with other management systems, including the ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO55001 (under development), identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency.
The role will oversee the collation, storage, management, retrieval, archiving, quality, protection of information and data and co-ordinate with IT to oversee data standards, management, quality and data controls within our systems.
About you
Your communication skills are positive with an inclusive approach and genuine passion for effective information management. You have experience in operating in an Estates and Facilities environment including project management. You have set up, developed and migrated to modern document libraries and are proficient in using SharePoint, Teams and Office 365 with a proven track record of leading information and quality management across a multi-discipline portfolio.
