Appointment Term: initial term of four years with a possibility of reappointment.
Remuneration: £5,000 per annum. Travel and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed.
Time Commitment: You will be expected to attend four in-person Board meetings per year plus additional occasional consultations with fellow Board members, the Executive Team, and Shareholders as needed.
Location: Meetings are held in person at Diamond Light Source Limited (Harwell Oxford Science and Innovation Campus, Didcot, Oxfordshire).
