Location: St John’s Campus

Salary: £38,249 to £42,882 If starting before July the salary range would be £37,100 - £41,732 rising on July 1^st

Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for team management and delivering exceptional HR services? We’re looking for an inspiring leader to manage our HR Operations team, where you’ll provide support to staff and managers, ensuring excellence in HR policy, practice, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a dedicated HR Operations team, delivering responsive and high-quality HR services.
• Offer expert guidance on contractual matters and ensure HR processes reflect current legislation and best practices.
• Build strong, positive relationships with team members and key stakeholders across the organisation.
