About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Systems and Reporting team as the Senior HESA Data Analyst. The role will develop and improve the University’s collation of information for the staff Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) return, working with colleagues across HR and planning to ensure accurate data collection. As an analytical self-starter you will be interested solving problems, finding trends and providing insight. We are at the start of our HR System Implementation project, and this is an exciting opportunity to join us in that journey.

With effective planning and organisational skills you will be able to manage your own workload and use you knowledge/experience of the HESA staff return or other similar returns to complete the return accurately and on time.
