We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning and Wellbeing Officer to join our team for Maternity cover. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing one-to-one support and guidance on wellbeing-related issues, as well as provide personalised academic assistance to students who need extra help with their studies.
Applicants must be qualified in Education, SpLDs, neurodiversity and/or wellbeing related fields. It is essential that the applicant has experience in supporting students to succeed in an educational setting. Experience in working with students with disabilities, or those at risk of disengagement is highly valued. It is essential that the applicant has experience in supporting students with their academic work.
This is a full time post and job share will be considered. The students are timetabled between 8.30am-7pm Monday to Friday and your working hours will fit within this timeframe. Discussion regarding the possibility of working on Saturdays is also welcomed. There is flexibility here and the working schedule will be discussed at interview.
