Role
As a People Operations Coordinator at De Montfort University, you will be integral to the administration and coordination of various employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the People Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will include drafting and issuing employment contracts, maintaining accurate HR records, and managing data in compliance with university policies and legislative requirements. You will handle complex queries, support onboarding processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuous improvement projects and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ideal Candidate
You will need to be a meticulous and customer-focused professional with substantial experience in HR administration. Your expertise in managing employment lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements, and maintaining accurate data records will be crucial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders and providing guidance on complex queries. A proactive approach to continuous improvement, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are key attributes.
