The Faculty of Theology and Religion is seeking to recruit a Research Coordinator to provide high quality administrative and project management support to the McDonald Centre for Theology, Ethics and Public Life and the Ian Ramsay Centre for Science and Religion. The post holder will report formally to the Head of Administration and Finance in the Faculty, with day-to-day responsibility to the Directors of the Research Centres.

You are a proactive and highly organised professional with a strong background in administration and project management, ideally within a research or academic setting. Confident working independently and collaboratively, you combine excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex tasks and competing deadlines. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality service, with experience coordinating events, managing websites and social media, and overseeing budgets and finance processes. Technologically adept and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to support the success and visibility of dynamic research centres through efficient systems, seamless logistics, and effective communication.
