Are you passionate about IT support and eager to contribute to world-leading, life-saving medical research and teaching at the University of Oxford? The Medical Sciences Division is seeking a talented Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most talented academics, students and professional staff as we embark on a journey to modernise and enhance the delivery of our IT support services.
As a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with a range of staff across multiple departments, offering expert advice and innovative solutions to a range of IT-related issues, helping to deliver responsive digital services which underpin cutting-edge research, teaching, and administration across the Division.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting research-specific IT systems, and advocating for IT and Information Security best practices. We’re looking for a proactive problem solver with excellent customer service skills and experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS and mobile devices.
