Birkbeck, University of London, is looking for an experienced psychodynamic/psychoanalytic practitioner with empirical research experience, and a understanding of the role of mother-infant observations in clinical training.
We are seeking a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy on a permanent, part-time contract, to join Birkbeck's Centre for Counselling. In this role you will co-direct and teach on a popular pre-clinical psychotherapy programme with one of our key training partners.
Birkbeck's Counselling Centre is a centre of excellence for counselling and psychotherapy studies that has been offering a range of courses for students for over 50 years.

Grade LLEC, quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
