The Head of Medical Student Experience will provide strategic direction and leadership of the internal operational delivery of the MBBS programme. The postholder will report directly to the Executive Foundation Dean of Medicine and work closely with the leadership team of School of Medicine as well as the Head of Partnerships and External Engagement.
We are seeking a professional experienced in implementing strategy, policy and procedures that guarantee and support the right education and welfare of our medical students that is in line with requirements of statutory and regulatory bodies. The postholder will work with other School of Medicine leads to improve and share best practice.
This role is ideal for a qualified strategic and senior level operational leader who is an expert in aspects relating to undergraduate and postgraduate education with significant knowledge and expertise in the operational management of undergraduate medical education programmes. The postholder will demonstrate an expertise of internal governance, educational quality and standards.
