We’re looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to become a key part of our Operations team, based predominantly at our brand-new halls of residence. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a vibrant student community.

As a receptionist, you’ll support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy hall of residence. you will be at the heart of creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our students. Working closely with the Residential services team to deliver outstanding, customer-focused service that ensures every resident feels valued, supported and at home.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and possess strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
