About Us

The MADE4Manufacturing CDT is a collaboration between the Faculty of Engineering, the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), and industry partners. We are dedicated to training future manufacturing leaders through PhD and EngD programmes.

As our CDT Operations Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our activities, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing student experience. From recruitment to event planning and programme support, you’ll play a key role in making our Centre thrive.

Your Role

• Manage enquiries and support student recruitment, including admissions and interviews.
• Maintain and grow our social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Organise student activities, events, and industry field trips.
• Provide administrative support, keeping records up to date and assisting students and supervisors.
• Assist with finance-related tasks such as expenses and budget monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and social media management.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and with teams.
• A confident and professional approach, with adaptability to changing priorities.
