Applications are invited for the Head of Academic Registry, in the Academic Registry Department.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with substantial, senior-level experience in higher education to lead and develop the Academic Registry in delivering an outstanding service to our students, staff and external stakeholders. The Academic Registry service encompasses the student journey from application to graduation.
The Head of Academic Registry provides robust strategic leadership and management for the team, ensuring that resources are deployed efficiently and effectively, and leads on continuous improvements in the quality of processes and development of systems. The Head of Academic Registry also acts as Deputy to the Academic Registrar on engagement and change initiatives across services within the institution.
The successful candidate will have substantial relevant experience at a senior level in a Registry and/or Quality role, thorough knowledge of Registry processes and the associated UK higher education context, and excellent leadership, negotiating and collaborative working skills.
