An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the Apprenticeships Department and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high quality customer support and assist the Apprenticeships Department by undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative duties including recording and maintaining accurate data, interpreting and providing guidance for a variety of regulations, ensuring evidencing of compliance, responding to and proactively engaging in stakeholder communications, organising meetings, taking minutes.
You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
