ABOUT THE POST
London Metropolitan University is hiring a Charter Mark Manager, to manage and lead its benchmarking work. The Charter Mark manager will be responsible for the Charter Mark Team. The team is responsible for delivering on the institutional ambition of achieving goals related to charter marks such as Athena Swan (renewal in 2026), Race Equality (by 2027), Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (annual submission) and Disability Confident. This role will be a senior position within the Centre for Equity and Inclusion reporting directly to the Head of EDI Policy and Charters. This role is a great opportunity for those with prior higher education charter mark management experience to join an institution unique within the sector both for its staff and student demographics, its lived values around equality, diversity and inclusion and its ambitions for future charter mark success.
