We are now looking for an Admissions Officer to join our London campus on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months, working 37 hours per week.
THE ROLE
The post holder will be a member of the Admissions team and will be responsible for ensuring effective and timely service in the recruitment and admission of home applicants, in compliance with policies of the University and other relevant regulatory bodies.
The post holder will work closely across all relevant functional areas of London and Birmingham Campuses, focused on London admissions, as well as agent-led recruitment for Wales, being able to support both during peak periods.
The post holder will be required to liaise regularly with a range of colleagues including the Student Services teams and the Campus Operations Managers, and Campus Deans, to ensure smooth implementation of the admissions processes.
The role will focus on supporting applicants in their journey from recruitment to enrolment. The role also requires the post holder to be able to work independently and use initiative with self-motivation to meet deadlines.
