An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Leaders Apprenticeship Adviser to join the Norwich Business School in the Faculty of Social Sciences.
Key duties of the role include maintaining and developing education and practice links between the School and those employers placing staff on the Senior Leaders Apprenticeship programme. You will work collaboratively with apprentices and their employers, and act as a link to the School, ensuring effective delivery of the Apprenticeship programme.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop relationships effectively with a wide range of stakeholders for positive outcomes. You will be exceptionally well organised with the ability to understand process and its importance, as well as being able to provide support, using coaching and mentoring skills, to each Apprentice you support.
This full-time post is available from 1 October 2025 on a fixed-term basis until 1 September 2027.
