Summary of the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity if you wish to develop your career in student casework. This is an exciting role, which is critical in ensuring our student casework is effectively managed and administered. The Cases office deal with sensitive and sometimes distressing matters and if you are the ideal candidate you will have a high degree of emotional resilience.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, having honed those skills and experience working in a busy environment where attention to detail and meeting challenging deadlines is a must.
The successful applicant for this post will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and of working independently to deliver an outstanding customer service experience. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and ideally have experience of casework in this or a similar compliance related background.
