Background
The role works on IT enabled projects to gather information about City St George’s business process and systems and uses analytical skills to understand and document these requirements to make recommendations which enable solutions in line with the scope of the project.
Responsibilities
Capture, analyse, document and prioritise business requirements and processes by working effectively with stakeholders. Produce clear, written documents and process maps that can be easily understood. Facilitate business and process improvement activities, including workshops, identifying and documenting outcomes that will enable improvement in service efficiencies, operational effectiveness and the customer experience.
Person Specification
Experienced in gathering and prioritising IT business requirements (functional and non-functional), process mapping and gap analysis. Highly proficient communicator with an ability to engage stakeholders successfully in developing outcomes. Able to produce high quality written material to support presentations and the understanding of stakeholders.
