Permanent, full time (36.5 hours per week)
Are you an experienced sales professional with a flair for event coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We are seeking a committed Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated team, managing conference and events bookings across two unique, world-class venues in Oxford.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Liaise with support services (AV, catering, front of house, estates etc) to ensure seamless delivery of events.
- Handle executive education and internal bookings, including off-site requirements.
- Oversee on-the-day event management, problem-solving swiftly and professionally.
- Prepare and negotiate quotes, contracts and booking documentation.
You will have strong sales experience with proven negotiation skills and commercial awareness, alongside a track record of delivering high-quality service in a corporate environment, including to VIP clients. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
