Anderson Quigley is proud to be partnering with the University of the Arts London (UAL) to identify an exceptional Interim Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education & Students).
This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the future of one of the world’s most innovative and internationally renowned creative universities. As Interim PVC, you will drive forward a transformative education agenda across UAL teams, collaborating with colleagues to develop teaching excellence and inclusive learning at the highest level.
You’ll be stepping into a pivotal role with a clear set of deliverables: leading the development of UAL’s new Directorate of Teaching and Learning, Library and Student Services and progressing the university’s TEF roadmap, embedding quality and enhancement initiatives, and establishing robust governance for Access and Participation Plan delivery. You’ll also provide strategic support to the newly created College Education Teams, working in close collaboration with Deans of Academic Strategy and senior leaders across the institution.
This role requires a confident, forward-thinking academic leader, someone who brings deep knowledge of sector policy, regulation, and pedagogy, and who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and improvement at scale. Experience of shaping inclusive education strategies, TEF submissions, and student experience frameworks will be key.
If you're passionate about reimagining education in a global creative context and ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an interim position for approx. 9 months and requires a start in June/July 2025.
