About the Role
The Information & Digital Group at the University of Warwick have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join them for a 7 month contract, ideally starting at the beginning of June.
As Data Analyst you will be responsible for working with large data sets and translating into clear outputs to support performance and strategic decision making. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, tailored outputs in line with their specific requirements. Experience of SITS and the processes involved in submitting data to HESA, League Table compilers and other HE data bodies would be advantageous.
You will have strong, hands-on analytical skills, experience managing and manipulating large data sets, SQL experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables. Experience of working in the Higher Education industry and using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Snowflake, and DBT would be advantageous.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, requiring a minimum of 1 day a week working on-site. The rate of pay offered is up to £24 per hour.
