The Estates Directorate plays a vital role in managing the University’s extensive land and property assets. As the University grows its student population without expanding its physical footprint, we rely on innovative, data-driven solutions. Accurate management of our CAD drawings and CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system is essential to this mission.

About the Role:
You’ll support the day-to-day management of space and space requests, including:

  • Updating the CAFM system and running reports.
  • Engaging with building occupants to gather requirements.
  • Coordinating audits, managing documentation, and reviewing policies.

You’ll work closely with the Space Manager and collaborate with Building Support Officers, Timetabling, and Health & Safety Services.

About You:
You’re confident working with large datasets and tools like Excel and Power BI. You are detail-oriented, a team player, and able to build strong relationships across departments. You have experience with reporting and presentation software and are proficient in MS Office. You understand the importance of process and enjoy improving systems. A basic understanding of workplace Health & Safety is also important.
