The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Pedagogy (HHCP) is a centre at University College London (UCL), Institute of Education (IOE) that aims to improve teaching and learning for children in the primary and early years phases of education. It is located in the Department of Learning and Leadership. The mission of the HHCP is to lead and engage in research that focuses on improving the education and life chances of children in primary schools and early years settings.
About the role
The HHCP is a UCL IOE research centre that aims to improve teaching and learning for children in the primary and early years phases of education. The mission of the HHCP is to lead and engage in research that focuses on improving the education and life chances of children in primary schools and early years settings.
The purpose of the role of Teacher Engagement Lead is to generate and lead initiatives to increase engagement of schools and teachers with the work of the HHCP.
This post is available until 31st May 2027 in the first instance and the salary range is from £54,172 to £55,652 per annum.
About you
You will have an undergraduate degree in a subject with relevance to primary and early years education with substantial experience of outstanding teaching, and leadership, in UK primary schools.
You will also have demonstrable evidence and experience of delivering high quality professional development for teachers.
