At AMRC North-West, based in Samlesbury, Blackburn, you’ll work with global leaders in Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, and innovative SMEs to drive advancements in Smart Shop-Floor Connectivity, 5G Factory of the Future, Big Data, AI, and Automation/Robotics.
In this hybrid role, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality software solutions, overcome challenges, and drive innovation. Key responsibilities include managing project delivery, implementing Agile/Scrum processes, tracking critical metrics, and encouraging team success through collaboration and leadership.
Candidates with a background in software engineering, project management, and leadership are encouraged to apply. Essential qualifications include experience as an engineering manager or Scrum Master, hands-on expertise in software development, and a technical degree or equivalent experience in fields like Software Engineering, AI, or Data Engineering. Proficiency with tools like Jira and programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python is highly desirable.
