Candidates with a background in software engineering, project management, and leadership are encouraged to apply. Essential qualifications include experience as an engineering manager or Scrum Master, hands-on expertise in software development, and a technical degree or equivalent experience in fields like Software Engineering, AI, or Data Engineering. Proficiency with tools like Jira and programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python is highly desirable.
