This is a great opportunity for those pursuing a career in Business Administration. If you have strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, we have several positions available.

You’ll join a busy team delivering high-quality, accurate, proactive support to students and staff. The role involves handling sensitive student data accurately, meeting deadlines, and managing your own workload while contributing to team goals.

Candidates should have a good standard of secondary education or relevant experience, along with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Your contribution will help enhance the student experience and drive continuous service improvement.

These full-time and part-time positions are available from 4 August 2025 on an indefinite basis. Fixed term roles are also available until 30 July 2026 or for 9 months to cover maternity leave.

UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working. Details of preferred hours should be stated in the personal statement and will be discussed further at interview.

Further information on our great benefits package, including 34 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays and additional University Customary days (pro rata for part-time), can be found on our benefits page.

Please note this job advert will close once we receive sufficient applications from suitable candidates. We therefore recommend you apply as soon as possible. Your completed application will be reviewed once received and interviews for successful candidates will take place on campus. The next round of interviews will take place on 30 June and 2 July 2025 and successful candidates will be notified via email of the interview time.

The closing date is on a rolling basis
