We are looking for an experienced bioinformatician to provide outstanding analysis of several immune and rheumatic scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq and epigenetic datasets.
These datasets are being generated in University of Glasgow, as part of the Arthritis and Lung Translational Immunology Research group work, within the School of Infection and Immunity.
The post is collaborative and will involve working alongside clinicians and wet-lab scientists to:
- help design experiments
- process the data
- explore the data with reference to our translational aims and research questions
- to assist with figure and manuscript generation.
We are looking for someone passionate about immune research who is hard-working and dedicated.
