Regent College London is recruiting for a new Director of Student Services to lead our core student facing teams: Student Support (Disability and Wellbeing), Student Experience, and Employability and Graduate Outcomes. This is a senior leadership role that will bring strategic direction, operational clarity, and a strong focus on service quality at a time of exciting growth and change.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the postholder will help shape how students experience the College from enrolment through to graduation and employment. The role will be central to improving continuation, progression, and graduate outcomes, and will contribute to key institutional priorities including the NSS, TEF, and our Access and Participation Plan.
We are looking for someone with experience of managing senior professional staff, driving service improvement, and working effectively within a regulatory higher education context.
