The Subject of Management in the Adam Smith Business School, is seeking to appoint a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Operations Management (Research & Teaching Track). The post is full-time (35 hours p/w) and open-ended.
A teaching specialism in Project Management is essential for this post, at all levels.
Lecturer: (Grade 7/8) You will have, or be developing, a growing international research reputation that can enhance the research profile of the School/College. You will be expected to provide excellent teaching in operations/project management and create dynamic learning environments. At Grade 8, experience of curriculum design/development is also essential.
Senior Lecturer: (Grade 9) You will have an excellent established international research reputation and be expected to provide leadership in the Subject generally, and in research (e.g. grant applications). Significant experience of delivering excellent teaching in operations/project Management, and of creating dynamic learning environments is essential.At this level you will also have a proven ability to design, review and enhance learning, teaching and assessment programmes.
