About the role
We are looking to appoint a Systems Officer to join the Registry Systems team.
The Systems team is responsible for first line support for all Registry associated systems, including the main student system, other internal and external student related systems and relevant interfaces.
The Systems Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the team and will act as the main point of contact for staff and student queries.
What you would be doing
In this role you will assist the Systems team on a range of systems related duties including day to day management of interfaces, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to student systems and coordinating Systems team queries

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 30 November 2026, based at the White City Campus.
