The Department of Computer Science is seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Assistant to help support the smooth day-to-day running of our buildings and facilities. Working across multiple sites in central Oxford, you’ll be a vital part of the team that ensures staff, students, and visitors experience a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment.
From setting up lecture rooms and events, to handling small repairs and working with contractors, this role is as practical as it is people-focused. You'll be supporting operations in a dynamic, fast-paced academic setting where no two days are the same.
