Faculty of Education Full/Associate/Assistant Professor Management, Leadership, and Policy (MLP)

The Faculty of Education, as part of its ongoing growth and commitment to excellence, invites applications from distinguished academics specializing in Management, Leadership, and Policy (MLP). Applicants should have a robust research profile demonstrating international recognition, or clear potential, evidenced through publications in leading journals within their fields. The ideal candidate will possess expertise specifically within the areas of educational management, leadership theory, policy formulation, and practice.

Essential Qualifications:

• An earned PhD in Educational Management, Leadership, Policy, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university. (Equivalency of qualifications is subject to approval by the UAE Ministry of Education.)
• A proven track record of scholarly excellence and active engagement in research pertinent to Management, Leadership, and Policy in education.
• Experience in supervising Masters and Doctoral candidates successfully through to completion.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching diverse and multicultural student groups, ideally with prior experience in the Middle East.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Proficiency and proven experience in digital teaching and learning technologies, including familiarity with ICT and AI applications in educational contexts.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications.
• Practical experience in leadership and management roles within educational institutions or related organizations.
• A history of contributing to curriculum design and enhancement, particularly at postgraduate levels.
