About the role
We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual to provide administrative support across two distinct teams; within the Institute for Mathematical Innovation (IMI), and within the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Statistical Applied Mathematics at Bath (SAMBa).
The role holder will have the unique opportunity to work in two friendly and supportive teams within a Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT), as well as a university institute.
About you
You will have significant experience of working in a busy office environment, where excellent communication skills are essential.
You will be an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and will be willing to acquire further IT skills as needed. You will be organised and flexible, and will have experience of working as part of a successful team.
Experience within the HE sector and knowledge of University specific software (e.g. Agresso, Food Direct, Clarity, etc) will be an added advantage. However, an interest and willingness to learn more about university institutions and CDTs, and become part of our teams, are equally important.

This is a fixed-term, full-time role until at least June 2029.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with the option of working from home for part of the week.
