Saïd Business School’s Executive Education Department is globally recognised for delivering transformational leadership and learning experiences. We’re seeking a Learning Innovation and Impact Manager to join our forward-thinking team and help shape the future of executive education.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the design and delivery of cutting-edge learning solutions that integrate the best of instructional design with emerging technologies—particularly generative AI. You will work at the intersection of pedagogy, AI innovation and impact measurement to co-create high-quality, scalable and future-focused programmes.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where agility, collaboration and experimentation are core to how we work. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to how learning is designed, delivered and measured across global executive audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative, evidence-based learning experiences for executive education programmes.
  • Oversee the development of AI-enabled tools (e.g. custom GPTs, prompt libraries) that support scalable learning design.
  • Partner with programme teams, faculty and academic directors to embed generative AI into real-world learning contexts.
  • Develop frameworks for measuring learning impact and applying data insights to enhance design.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver tech-enabled solutions that drive learning excellence and efficiency.

You will have proven expertise in instructional or learning design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. Additionally, you should have experience or a keen interest in using generative AI and emerging technologies in education. Familiarity with learning technologies, comfort with data analysis and evaluation frameworks, and a proactive, innovation-driven mindset are also essential.
