An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Administrator to join the Estates and Facilities Directorate to undertake administrative duties to deliver excellent customer service, support the operational activities, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
The role focuses on managing the university car parks, answering queries from students, staff and visitors regarding travel options and promoting and implementing the UEA Transport Plan. Key duties include administering sustainable travel options, issuing parking permits, supporting enforcement, and handling and processing financial transactions.
You will have a minimum of five passes at GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) including Maths and English or have equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Previous experience in financial processes, generating reports and/or updating websites would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
