At an exciting time of development for our Reward and Career Enablement team, we’re looking for an organised and experienced administrator to join us.
Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will provide administrative support to the University’s pay, reward and recognition and career enablement activities, including the University’s annual promotion and remuneration review committees and the processing of numerous employee benefits.
There will be opportunities for you to support administrative tasks relating to recognition and career enablement initiatives in accordance with our People Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative support role and have a good standard of education (minimum 5 GCSEs grades A to C including Mathematics and English, or equivalent experience). Good organisational skills and demonstrable IT skills are also essential.
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity, we encourage discussions about how your working arrangements can be agreed to best balance the needs of the role and your personal circumstances.
