This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative individual to join the Success and Outcomes Team, dedicated to developing the Student Success Academy, a key programme forming part of Loughborough University's Access and Participation Plan (APP).
The role will play a key part in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating key APP initiatives, to support students from under-represented backgrounds. You will be working with colleagues across the Success and Outcomes Team, the Careers Network Team and wider university stakeholders.
The post holder will have a strong interest in equity, diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to improving outcomes for students from underrepresented groups, and a desire to work on projects to support students’ development. With skills and an interest in coaching, programme coordination, and student engagement, the right candidate will possess great planning, organisation, and collaborative skills, and demonstrate the University values; Authentic, Adventurous, Responsible, Creative and Collaborative through a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
The position is full time, on an open-ended contract and based on our Loughborough campus. The job will offer dynamic working, working on campus at least an average of 3 days per week.
