The Global Student Recruitment and Admissions directorate delivers marketing, student recruitment and admissions services in partnership with Faculties, creating strategies to attract growing numbers of students from across global markets, as well as from the UK.
As a directorate we are responsible for the delivery of student recruitment targets, ensuring cohesive recruitment strategies and planning from lead generations and attraction, admissions, through to conversion and enrolment.
About the role
The Student Market Research, Insights and Planning team play a critical role in providing data and insights related to the student journey to enable the development of strategies to achieve the university’s student recruitment targets. The Student Data Officer is responsible for collating student recruitment data and providing data reports to internal stakeholders.
The role will collect and collate data related to the prospective student journey, specifically the data that informs the marketing funnel. This will include capturing and recording agents’ fees and commissions as part of enrolment activity.
The role will also be responsible for maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection legislation and best practices.
