About the Role:

UEA Catering Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef De Partie to play a pivotal role in our pastry kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the largest in-house university catering operations in the region, supplying high-quality food to over 17,000 students, staff and visitors daily.
As Chef De Partie, you will be assisting in overseeing the production of a wide range of cakes, traybakes, and desserts, with up to 9,000 portions produced each week. All items are produced in-house to ensure freshness and quality.
In addition to supporting our core retail outlets, you will also help deliver support for internal and external hospitality events, occasionally catering for groups of up to 250 guests.
